Board Policy / Guidelines
Our Guidelines is a dynamic document that allows you to tailor your program to your specific needs. You can start with simple goals as people catch your vision for energy conservation and then later become more advanced. The policy sets direction and performance objectives and outlines a process to manage the program over time. The policy can incorporate a responsibility matrix, training requirements, utility awareness program, maintenance procedures, and building operation guidelines on items from schedules to personal refrigerators use.
Additionally the guidelines give direction to the maintenance staff and give them a tool to support their operations.
